General Terms and Conditions:

Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is valid from 21 September 2026 to 21 March 2027 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card and Multi-Currency Debit Mastercard including Affinity Card but excluding Commercial Card, Business Card, other Spending Card, Renminbi Credit Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards (the “Eligible Hang Seng Mastercard”).
Customer must present and settle payment with a physical Eligible Hang Seng Mastercard at designated restaurants (the “Designated Restaurants”) in StarWorld Hotel.
Unless otherwise specified, all offers are not for sale, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other products, is non-returnable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers (where applicable).
Offer quotas of the Promotion are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. Any change of the Promotion will be subject to the availability at the time of patronage.
All photos and product information are for reference only.
The Promotion shall terminate immediately upon closure of the relevant Designated Restaurants in StarWorld Hotel.
Customers understand and accept that Hang Seng Bank Limited (the “Hang Seng”) is not the supplier of the products and/ or services supplied by the Designated Restaurants in StarWorld Hotel. Hang Seng shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the products and/or services, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the descriptions of products and/or services provided by the Designated Restaurants, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the promotion of the rewards or the products and/or services under the Promotion, by the Designated Restaurants, their respective employees, officers and/or agents.
Personal data of customers may be collected by New Galaxy Entertainment 2006 Company Limited (the “Company”), and the use of such personal data shall be subject to the personal information collection statement of the Company. Hang Seng is not involved in any part of the collection process nor usage of such data, please contact the Company for related details.
Hang Seng and the Company reserve the right to vary or terminate the Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions of the Promotion from time to time without prior notice.
In case of any disputes, customers are required to present the relevant original transaction document(s), sales receipt(s) and credit card or debit card sales slip(s) (if applicable) for further investigation.
In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Company is final.
No person other than the customers, Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) and the Company (which includes its successors and assigns) has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
The English version of these terms and conditions prevails whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

Terms and Conditions of “MOP200 Instant Discount” (the “MOP200 Instant Discount Offer”):

The promotion period is valid from 21 September 2026 to 21 March 2027 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).

During the promotion period, customers who have successfully signed up as “Galaxy Rewards” members, spent upon a single net transaction of MOP500 (After Up to 20% off Dining Offer and include service charge and tax if applicable) and settled in full by physical Eligible Hang Seng Mastercard at below Designated Restaurants in StarWorld Hotel, are entitled to a MOP200 Instant Discount:

The MOP200 Instant Discount Offer is for dine-in only and is not applicable to in-room-dining or any restaurant bills that are transferred to room bill.
There is no limit on the usage quota of the MOP200 Instant Discount Offer per customer during the Promotion Period.
Unless specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount offers, gift vouchers, cash coupons, associate benefits, credits and points (including Rewards Dollars), except the Up to 20% off Dining Discount Offer in the offer table of this promotion page, collection of MOP100 Digital Dining Voucher Offer, and the HKJC Exclusive Privilege.
Where the MOP200 Instant Discount Offer is used in conjunction with the Up to 20% off Dining Discount Offer, the Up to 20% off Dining Discount Offer will be applied to the original bill amount (exclude service charge and tax if applicable) first, and the MOP200 Instant Discount Offer will be applied thereafter to the remaining amount (include service charge and tax if applicable). 10% service charge and 5% government tax (if applicable) will be calculated based on the original bill amount before any discount.

Terms and Conditions of “MOP100 Digital Dining Vouchers” (the “MOP100 Digital Dining Vouchers Offer”):

The promotion period is valid from 21 September 2026 to 21 March 2027 (both dates inclusive) (the "Promotion Period”).

During the Promotion Period, customers who have successfully signed up as “Galaxy Rewards” members and used the MOP200 Instant Discount Offer (the “Eligible Transaction”) in below eligible StarWorld Hotel Designated Restaurants in “Collection”, are entitled to receive two (2) MOP100 Digital Dining Vouchers credited to “Galaxy Rewards” membership account for next purchase.
Each MOP100 Digital Dining Voucher can be used upon a single net transaction of MOP400 (include service charge and tax if applicable) and settled in full by physical Eligible Hang Seng Mastercard in below eligible StarWorld Hotel Designated Restaurants in “Usage”. A maximum of two vouchers can be used in the same transaction.

The MOP100 Digital Dining Voucher is for dine-in only and is not applicable to in-room-dining, any restaurant bills that are transferred to room bill, promotion dishes/menus, live seafood, dried seafood, bird's nest, bottled wine and spirit, and any purchase of tobacco products.

The promotion period is valid from 21 September 2026 to 21 March 2027 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
The promotion is only applicable to Hong Kong Jockey Club Membership Platinum Card.

During the Promotion Period, customers who have successfully signed up as “Galaxy Rewards” members, spent upon a single net transaction of MOP500 (After Up to 20% off Dining Offer, or MOP200 Instant Discount, or MOP100 Digital Dining Vouchers Offer, and include service charge and tax (if applicable)), and settled in full by physical Hong Kong Jockey Club Membership Platinum Card at below Designated Restaurants in StarWorld Hotel, are entitled to redeem one (1) designated bottle of champagne or sparkling tea.

Customers can redeem the HKJC Exclusive Privilege at designated redemption counter at StarWorld Hotel (Location: 5/F, StarWorld Hotel). Customers must present the following documents at designated redemption counter to redeem the offer on the same day as the spending:
- Hong Kong Jockey Club Membership Platinum Card physical card;
- Original identification document (the name must match the name on the Hong Kong Jockey Club Membership Platinum Card);
- Original bill / receipt issued by the designated restaurant on the same day as redemption
- “Galaxy Rewards” electronic membership card.
The HKJC Exclusive Privilege is available on a first come first served basis, while stocks last.
Each customer can only enjoy the HKJC Exclusive Privilege once during the Promotion Period.

The champagne provided contains alcohol. At the time of redemption, redemption counter staff have the right to request customers to present valid identification documents to verify age.
