Hang Seng Credit Card Esso Synergy Petrol Privileges

The promotion period is valid from 1 April to 30 June 2024 ("Promotion Period").
Unless otherwise specified, customers are required to state the intention to enjoy the Offers and to settle payment using Hang Seng Visa/Mastercard Credit Card, Affinity Card or Spending Card (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”) prior to the purchase at any Esso or Feoso service station in Hong Kong during the Promotion Period.
Offer are not applicable to Hang Seng UnionPay Credit Card, transactions via e-Wallet (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and UnionPay App) or reloads of e-Wallet.
The highest discount offer includes the cash value of Esso Smiles points earned on every Saturday or Sunday from purchasing one litre of Synergy petrol, while the Esso Smiles points cash value is calculated based on the redemption of 7,500 Esso Smiles points for HKD300 worth of Synergy petrol.
Offer is not applicable to Esso Fleet Card holders.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other instant petrol discount.
Offer cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional coupons or offers (unless specified herein).
All products, services and information related to the promotion are sold and supplied to customers by ExxonMobil Hong Kong Limited ("Merchant") or Feoso Oil Limited who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.

Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) and the Merchant reserve the right to vary or terminate the offers at any time and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
