Notes:
(1) Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") shall have the final decision to prescribe and change the asset type, overdraft interest rate and loan ratio (i.e. Discount Rate) for the Secured Overdraft Facility. The secured overdraft facility applied for must be in the sum of at least HKD200,000.
(2) P refers to the Hong Kong Dollar Prime Lending Rate as quoted by Hang Seng from time to time. This interest rate will be subject to fluctuation. Please click here for the current HKD Prime Rate.
(3) A monthly handling fee of 0.05% on the approved Ceiling Limit will be charged. For those with the asset type as property, the loan ratio will be approved by Hang Seng case by case, and the annual handling fee of 0.5% p.a. will be charged on the approved Secured Overdraft Limit with a minimum of HKD4,000.
(4) Hang Seng will also charge a Company Search Fee of HKD150 per search and Company Registry of HKD340 for each asset type.
(5) Hang Seng reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers and amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice.
(6) In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
