Notes:
(1)	Hang Seng Bank Limited (“the Bank”) will assess the application within 2 working days upon the receipt of all the required documents. The loan amount, interest rate and other terms and conditions are subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the relevant loan documents to be signed and accepted by the customer. The Bank reserves the right of final loan approval.
(2)	Subject to a minimum loan amount of HKD25,000 and a Company Search Fee of HKD150 per search.
(3)	Applicable to customers who have successfully applied for and drawn down SME Business Loan. The offer and final approved credit limit are subject to individual customers’ credit assessment result and the Bank may request further documents from the customer for loan approval purposes. The Bank reserves the right of final loan approval.
(4)	The Bank will charge a handling fee by way of further loan, which is not more than 2% of the approved loan amount (or 1% of the revolved amount), subject to a minimum amount of HKD1,000.
(5)	Annualised Percentage Rate (APR) is 10.68% (based on a loan amount of HKD100,000 and a loan tenor of 12 months including a handling fee of 1%).
(6)	The customer may apply for the revolving option if the customer has repaid at least one-third of the total number of instalments. The application is subject to the Bank’s usual credit assessment procedure.
(7)	P refers to the Hong Kong Dollar Prime Lending rate as quoted by the Bank from time to time. The interest rate will be subject to fluctuation. Please click here for the HKD Prime Rate.
(8)	Customer must make a minimum payment of an amount equivalent to 10% of the amount due as specified in the monthly statement on or before the payment due date as shown on such monthly statement. The Bank will also impose a monthly charge of not more than 0.3% of the overdraft facility limit or a minimum of HKD300.
(9)	Only applicable to customers who hold a valid Hang Seng Commercial Card. If a customer spends or makes cash advances within 2 months after the loan drawdown, $100 Cash Dollars will be credited to the Commercial Card account being used to make the first spending or cash advances by the company within eight to 10 weeks after the posting date of relevant spending or cash advance transaction. Use of Cash Dollars is subject to the terms and conditions for Hang Seng Credit Card Membership Rewards Program.
