The A.G.E. Measurement is applicable to people aged 1.5 to 91. A.G.E. Measurement works best for people with light to medium skin tones. Darker skin tones may affect measurement performance due to increased absorption of light by the skin. The result may be affected by multiple factors: age, life habits, dietary habits, chronic health conditions, and individual metabolic differences may all influence the level of A.G.E. accumulation.

No. Participation in A.G.E. Measurement is entirely voluntary. Whether to take part is your own decision. If you do not wish to continue, you may stop the measurement at any time.

Hang Seng Bank “Prestige Club” members and their family members (i.e. Prestige Banking customers or above, including Private Banking customers) can make an appointment to undergo the A.G.E. Measurement.

Yes. Before the measurement, you need to read and sign the “A.G.E. Measurement: Customer Consent and Disclaimer” to ensure you understand the nature of this experience, including that it is for non-medical purposes, voluntary, and subject to relevant terms and limitations.

The Bank will not collect information that can be used to practically identify you for measurement purposes. Your data will only be used in accordance with approved procedures to the extent necessary for delivering this experience, and should not be shared with unauthorised third parties.

A.G.E. Measurement will not store data or results on the device or in the Bank's systems, nor will it share them with any third parties.

No. Participation in A.G.E. Measurement is voluntary and is handled separately from any discussion of banking, financial, or insurance products. This measurement should not be a condition for purchasing any product or service. The results of the A.G.E. measurement will not affect the status of your current insurance policy purchases or any insurance policies you have already purchased. If you are interested in learning about our products or services, this will be handled separately with a different Relationship Manager/ Insurance Specialists in accordance with the appropriate procedures.
