Terms & Conditions for Summer Footwear Wow Reward ("Offers"):

1. The promotion period is from 12 June to 31 August 2020 ("Promotion Period").
2. Customers must settle the payment with Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Corporate Card or Spending Card ("Eligible Credit Card(s)") to enjoy the Offers.
3. The Offers are applicable to selected/ discounted items only. The items may differ from stores to stores and are available while stocks last.
4. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other products.
5. All products, services and information related to the promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by 15 mins, FitFlop, Hush Puppies, Jipi Japa, JOY & PEACE, millie's, MIRABELL and STACCATO ("Participating Merchants") who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
6. The promotion is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Participating Merchants.
7. Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") and the Participating Merchants reserve the right to vary or terminate the above offers at any time and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time.
8. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Participating Merchants shall be final.
9. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
11. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
12. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
