Subscription for HKSAR Government Silver Bond requires Securities Account activation. You can log on to Hang Seng Mobile App and tap “Investments” > “Investment Account Activation” from left menu, or log on to Personal e-Banking to activate investment accounts.
If you haven't submitted your address proof before, you can log on to Hang Seng Mobile App for investment account activation and address proof submission. The application will take 2 to 4 working days to process.
