He decided to apply Spending Instalment to settle the card transaction by 36-month instalment with personalised monthly handling fee 0.18%[6].

    = (Instalment amount ÷ Repayment period) + Monthly handling fee

    = (HKD28,000 ÷ 36) + (HKD28,000 x 0.18%)

Not holding instalment plan refers to Cardmember who has not successfully applied / held any Hang Seng Credit Card Spending Instalment – Personalised Monthly Handling Fee Plan / Spending Instalment – One-off Handling Fee Plan / Spending Instalment – One-off Handling Fee Plan for Online Tax Payment/ Cash Instalment Plan from 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025.

Spending Instalment – Personalised Monthly Handling Fee Plan and Spending Instalment – One-off Handling Fee Plan includes local and overseas payment made at physical and online stores or online bill payment (except tax payment).     6. The 0.18% monthly handling fee is applicable to selected customers and designated instalment amount, and is for reference only. The handling fee is to be determined by Hang Seng from time to time for individual promotion. The annualised percentage rate (APR) of 0.18% monthly handling fee are as follows: 3.29% for 3 months, 3.76% for 6 months, 4.04% for 12 months, 4.17% for 24 months, 4.20% for 36 months, 4.20% for 48 months, 4.19% for 60 months. The APR is calculated based on the requirement of the Code of Banking Practice. APR is a reference rate which expresses the fees and charges of respective product as an annualised rate. Please log on to Hang Seng Personal e-Banking or call (852) 2998 6868 to check your personalised handling fee.
