Make an online appointment via our eAppointment Service to reduce waiting time at the branch and more efficiently procure various bank services, including account opening, insurance or MPF consultation. After booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your appointment details. This online appointment is only available for Personal Banking customers, but not Business Banking customers (except MPF appointment for Employer Scheme Account Opening service).
