    Online Bill Payment

    Payment of various types of bills online is just a few clicks away – so easy and flexible.

    Just log on to Hang Seng Personal e-Banking to transfer funds to any one of about 800 merchants and organisations, covering a wide range of categories such as Government / statutory organisations, utilities, insurance, telecommunication, and property management.
    Simply make payment with your designated account or credit card
    Through the Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment service platform (“EBPP”), you can receive and view e-Bill summaries from participating merchants and settle the bills via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking
    Update daily bill payment limit via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking. If you wish to update other transfer and payment related settings, please visit Manage your banking profile
     
    Reminder:
    Bill payment instructions for the designated merchants submitted online before the cut-off time of 4:30 p.m. from Mon to Fri will be processed on the same day. Otherwise, they'll be processed on the next working day.
    The stated cut-off time doesn't apply to merchants with real-time payment arrangements.
    Additionally, some designated merchants may have cut-off times at 7:00 p.m. from Mon to Fri and 4:30 p.m. on Sat. You can go to Bill Payment Merchant List > select the "Merchant categories" > "Remark(s)" for details.

    Customers can register, receive and settle e-bills via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking
    Customers can receive e-donation and e-payment receipt via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking
     
    Remark:
    If you want to make a bill payment via Personal e-Banking and automated phone banking to any merchants under the "Brokers", "Sports & Leisure", "Banking and Credit Cards" and/or "Other Financial Institutions Account(s)" categories, you need to pre-register such merchant and the bill account number by completing and returning the "Personal e-Banking and Phone Banking Bill Payment Registration/Amendment Form" to any of our branches.
