Account Number, Phone PIN / ATM PIN and HKID / Passport / Identification Document number (e.g. Exit/Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau) will be required to complete the activation process.
Please note that if we don't have your mobile number and email address in our record, you can't continue the service registration. Please also keep your mobile number and email address in our bank record accurate and up-to-date, so you can log on smoothly in the future.
Please visit Personal e-Banking log on page, input your username and select "Continue" > "Forgot your password?".
You can follow the instruction to reset your password online right away. If there is anything that you cannot provide to complete the online reset process (e.g. forgot the answer to your Security Question), you will be asked to activate the new password by calling our Customer Service Hotline or visit any of our branches after setting it up.
Once you have downloaded Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app on your mobile device, you can log on and follow verification steps on-screen to activate Mobile Security Key.

Alternatively, you can also log on to Hang Seng Mobile App, tap "Transfer & Pay" > "Pay bills" under "Local" tab.
If you are making payments to merchants under the categories of Banking and Credit Card Services, Brokers, Other Financial Institutions and Sports and Leisure, you need to register the respective bill account number(s) by submitting the registration form, then return it to any branches in person or by mail.
If you are making payments to e-Merchants, you need to hold a device with activated Mobile Security Key / physical Security Device, and maintain a valid mobile number (any 8-digit local mobile number begins with 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 or an overseas mobile number with country code specified, e.g. 8613510123456 for a China mobile number) for receiving SMS.
