Beware of phone scams by fake online shopping platforms staff
Fraudsters may pose as staff members of online shopping platforms, claim that you've signed up for a VIP membership and charge fees from your bank account. If you request to cancel the membership, they'll connect you to a fake bank hotline and trick you into disclosing your bank account details. Fraudsters may also ask you to transfer money to a specific bank account, otherwise your account will be frozen due to suspicious activity.
