Flexi HealthNet Group Health Insurance Scheme (‘this scheme’), underwritten by Bupa (Asia) Limited (‘Bupa’),  provides quality yet affordable cover to protect your employees’ health and give them peace of mind. The scheme is designed for companies with five or more employees.

Key features

This scheme provides five different plans to cover your hospital expenses. In addition to the basic Hospital and Surgical Benefit, you may also opt for the Clinical Benefit, Supplementary Major Medical Benefit and Dental Benefit to suit your healthcare needspoint1.This scheme also provides a second claims incentive and out-patient surgery cash allowance to help you manage costs while looking after your employees' health.

The optional Clinical Benefit offers full cover of all expenses for out-patient consultationspoint2 such as doctor visits, tests and scans within Bupa’s networkpoint3. It also provides video consultation services. Members can consult Bupa's selected doctors through a video call comfortably and safely at home.

With the Bupa medical card, members can enjoy cashless out-patient service at doctors and medical service provider within Bupa’s network in Hong Kong and Macaupoint4, without having to pay any bills or submit any claims.

This scheme offers flat rate for the employees and their dependants under the same plan regardless of age.

Employees and their dependants can enrol in Bupa’s designated scheme at different life stages (e.g., upon renewal of their group scheme, before or after changing jobs, before retirement) to boost their cover. Bupa guarantees that their application will be accepted without underwriting regardless of their health conditions. Moreover, medical conditions protected by their group membership will be covered for lifepoint5.

Bupa's dedicated Customer Care Advisors are available 24 hours every day to answer your queries. Online services and a free mobile app called myBupa are available for you to search Bupa’s network doctors.

No medical examinations, individual underwriting or health declarations are required for application.

In the event of any discrepancy in respect of the meaning between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.  The above schemes are underwritten by Bupa (Asia) Limited ("Bupa") which is authorised and regulated by the Insurance Authority in Hong Kong SAR. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng Bank”) is an insurance agent authorised by Bupa for the distribution of the above schemes. The above schemes are product of Bupa and not Hang Seng Bank. Subscriptions will be payable to Bupa upon enrolment of the above schemes. Bupa will provide Hang Seng Bank with the relevant commission and performance bonus as remuneration for distribution of the above schemes. The existing sales staff remuneration policy offered by Hang Seng Bank will take into account various aspects of the staff performance but not solely the sales amount. In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between Hang Seng Bank and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, Hang Seng Bank is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer; however, any dispute over the policy terms or performance (underwriting, claims and service) of the product should be resolved directly between Bupa and the customer.
