Customers can pre-set payment instructions up to 13 days in advance when using a Credit Card Account and 45 days in advance when using a Bank Account.
Customers can pay either with Credit Card* or through their Bank Account

ATM and Phone Banking

Remarks:

*Effective from 1 Jan 2017, using a Hang Seng Commercial Card to make bill payments via Hang Seng Business e-Banking to payees under any categories are not eligible for +FUN Dollars. Those online payments acceptable by Hang Seng to be paid by commercial card, the payment must be used to wholly or partially settle an underlying genuine debt due to the payee (the “Debt”). The cardholder is required to provide evidence thereof if so requested by Hang Seng.
