Step 2

Enter the conversation window to start to chat with Virtual Assistant BERI. There will be a reference number (Ref. No) assigned to the conversation. In case you have any enquiries about the conversation, you may quote the Ref. No and contact us.

Step 2

Click on the floating icon of BERI on the bottom right corner of the website.

Step 3

Enter the conversation window to start to chat with Virtual Assistant BERI. There will be a reference number (Ref. No) assigned to the conversation. In case you have any enquiries about the conversation, you may quote the Ref. No and contact us.

How to Talk with B E R I - WeChat

Step 1

After logging in to the WeChat app, search "Hang Seng Commercial Bank" under "Official Account" to find and follow our official account (Traditional Chinese only).

Step 2

Tap the "聯絡我們" menu icon at the bottom right and select "問 B E R I".

Step 3 (If Required)

To change B E R I's language, tap the dropdown menu icon at the top right and select another language.

Step 4

Enter a question to start chatting with B E R I or tap one of the suggestions for useful information.
