To borrow or not to borrow? Borrow only if you can repay!

  1. Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") reserves the right to request any further supporting documents / information.
  2. Monthly repayment amount is rounded up to one decimal point. The proportion of loan principal to interest in each monthly instalment is calculated according to the "Rule of 78".
  3. Customers may choose to pay interest only and not make any principal repayment in the first 3 months of the repayment period. Afterwards, customers shall repay the entire principal and pay interest in the remaining repayment period.
  4. Customers must make a minimum payment of an amount equivalent to 10% of the total outstanding amount on or before the payment due date as shown in the relevant monthly statement.
  5. Please view Hang Seng’s Notice to Customers and Other Individuals relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance before application. Customers are required to sign and submit related application form and loan documents.
  6. Online application for 90% Guarantee product with instalment loan repayment period of more than 60 months are not applicable in Hang Seng Business Online Application Platform or Hang Seng Business e-Banking. If customer would like to apply for 90% Guarantee Product with instalment loan repayment period of more than 60 months, customers are required to fill in the Application Form for Commercial Credit Facilities and submit to our Relationship Manager for further review and follow up.
