Select "Trade Transaction Tracker" to enquire transaction status

Launch the Hang Seng HSBCnet Mobile App, click "Trade transaction tracker" button
Step 2
Enter the following details:
- Hang Seng Bank Trade Account number
- Advice-at-Once email address
- Documentary Credit / Bill / Loan / Bank Guarantee transaction reference number
Step 3
Enter the confirmation code sent to your Advice-at-Once email address.
