MPF and Payroll Services Temporarily Unavailable on Hang Seng Business e-Banking (“BIB”): Due to scheduled maintenance on the eMPF Platform, the MPF services for submission of Remittance Statement (“RS”) and authentication to the eMPF Platform through BIB will be temporarily unavailable during the following periods.
   • 25 Apr 2026 03:00 – 27 Apr 2026 07:00
   • 27 Apr 2026 19:00 – 28 Apr 2026 01:00
   You can still edit the RS during the above periods. The complete RS submission service will resume after the above maintenance periods. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
2. SME Financing Guarantee Scheme – 90% Guarantee Product: The application period for this product will close on 31 March 2026. Customers submitting applications via online channels (including Hang Seng Business e-Banking) should ensure their application is successfully submitted by 9:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on 31 March 2026. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be processed.
