With it, you can easily sign documents using a computer or a mobile device. For additional security, you are required to enter a “One-Time Password” (OTP), which will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS, before logging in to the e-Confirmation/ e-Sign portal of the Hang Seng Business Online Application Platform to complete e-Sign.

When the application is ready for e-Sign, customers’ authorised signers and connected parties who are required to sign will receive a notification SMS to log into the e-Confirmation / e-Sign portal of the Hang Seng Business Online Application Platform and sign the application form. Please be reminded that e-Sign for document(s) must be completed within 7 days after receiving the notification SMS.
